In response to an RTI filed by the National Campaign for Right to Information (NCPRI), it has been found that CCTV cameras and biometric systems were not damaged in the first week of January at JNU.
Let me tell you that earlier in the first week of January in JNU, this matter had come to happiness after the violence done by the masked miscreants. After which the JNU administration claimed that CCTV and biometric systems were broken in the first week of January in JNU.
Let us tell you that earlier it was also claimed by the JNU administration that on January 5, there was no CCTV footage of the CCTV cameras installed at the North Gate / Main Gate of JNU from 3 pm to 11 pm. Explain that on this day, violence was carried out by masked miscreants by entering the JNU campus.
Earlier, an FIR was also lodged by the JNU administration that some masked students had sneaked into the SIS and tampered with the server and stopped the supply of electricity. CCTV, biometric attendance systems and Internet services were disrupted due to server tampering.
No CCTV cameras were damaged from 30 December to 8 January. Such a claim is now made by the JNU administration in response to the RTI. Explain that after this incident there were nationwide demonstrations and various reputed educational institutions organized their own protests in support of JNU.
